The Administrative Centre for China's Agenda 21 (ACCA21) is the co-lead for NZEC together with AEA in the UK and will coordinate input from Chinese partners as necessary.
ACCA21 will also contribute directly to Work Package 1: Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Building and Work Package 5: Policy Assessment and Roadmap.
