Launch event November 07 Beijing

On the 20th November 2007, the first phase of the NZEC Initiative was officially launched at the Railway Hotel in Beijing, China. 

Barbara Woodward, the Deputy Head of the UK Mission in China, and Ministry of Science and Technology Vice Minister Liu Yanhua in Beijing were in attendance (see photo below).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In attendance were ACCA21 and AEA, the Chinese and UK coordinators, together with a number of the UK and Chinese partners.
