Welcome to the second issue of the NZEC newsletter. The past few months since the May 08 newsletter have been a busy time for everyone involved in NZEC, with work starting in earnest after a number of project meetings in Beijing in May. A brief update is given below together with news of our interim workshop on October 23 2008.
